Specs is locally owned and operated. We focus on customer service, with a "do the right thing" approach. We love to hear when your're pleased with your new glasses. If you're having any issues, we want to hear, too, and we'll do what needs to be done to make it right.
Your glasses are an investment, and we know that. We'll tell you what kind of warranty your new frames and lenses have. We honor the manufacturer's warranty not just for us, but for you too.
We don't work on commission. We work to make sure you find the frames, lenses, and look that are right for you.
We like to stay in touch. When we have a sale or a special event or a new collection, we want you to be the first to know. When you share your email or other contact information with us, we'll use it just for those purposes. We promise.
